I have been practicing law since November 1969. I began my career in the Midwest and moved to Connecticut in 1977. During my career, I have worked as a special assistant attorney general, prosecuted cases as a small town prosecutor and have represented every day working people in need of an advocate. There is nothing fancy about what I do.
When I started practicing law, I had a general practice with a good amount of Drunk Driving Cases. In those days, the allowed Blood Alcohol Content level, before they charged you with Drunk Driving, was much higher than it is today. Furthermore the penalties were not as severe. Trials were frequent, because if you were convicted, the penalties were not as severe, and if you went to jail, you could do your time on the weekends. This is not so today.
Today my practice is dedicated to individuals charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs. I accept no other cases! However, if along with the DUI charge there is another criminal charge, I will handle that matter as a part of your DUI fee.
I have a full range of experts and investigators at my disposal to assist with your case: Toxicologists, Private Investigators, Medical Doctors, Forensic Experts, Experts in analyzing the Standard Field Sobriety Tests and the Intoxilyzer, Blood and Urine Tests. I am certified as an operator of the Intoxilyzer 5000EN Breath Testing instrument and have completed the National Highway Safety Administration and International Association of Chiefs of Police DWI detection Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Program.
